Projecting Property Insurance
Hey everyone I'm a new investor that lives in North Carolina. I currently have 1 single family home rental property but I'd like to get into small multi-family investing. When you're analyzing a deal for a small multi-family home how do you project the property insurance cost? Any insurance companies that you'd recommend looking into to. Thank you
