Hi everyone,

I'm new to REI and looking to start purchasing multi-families and BRRRR. I'm educating myself as much as possible and reading anything I can. I'm loving the Bigger Pockets forum and love the network. One thing I'd like to hear about is the types of exit strategies you recommend to have when first starting to invest.
