People rush into investing in crypto when it is super high, freak

I do not understand why people rush into investing in crypto when it is super high, freak, and quickly sell when it is low instead of getting excited and buy more. Unless you are a daytrader and look at this daily, do not invest short-term. For that, just leave it alone; you do not have the stomach, you are going to lose more money than you make.
Or better yet invest in a tangible with multiple exit strategies, invest in real estate!
