No Experience. How Do I Find a Job to Work for Investors?

Currently work in Banking. Im ready to leave my Corp. job that is not giving my value for my future. Looking into Wholesaling to build capital and experience. Any suggestions for full time roles and where to look?

Thinking to seek/work, full time for Lenders in Loan dept. Figured I can gain experience in Real Estate with stead $$ while starting Wholesale on the side.

Would love to work alongside with an Investor, even for no pay, in order to get hands on experience and gain a Mentor.

Any suggestions?

Please help. Thank you.

As for wholesaling, I would look to work for free for some of the top wholesalers in your area.  As them if you can make calls for them, write letters, door knock, etc for them all for free.  Through this, you're able to provide them value, as well as learn about how their business runs in the process.  I would be careful about quitting the W2 too quickly, as I've heard from others, it makes getting loans much, much more difficult!
