Hi,

I have been reading and watching dozens of Investors in the RE industry. I want to leave my Corp. job to start working for an Investment firm or any Investor - friendly Realty group. Im ready to get started as an Investor. Even, if that means being an Assistant for cold calls, checking properties, finding leads, etc.

I will to whatever it takes to get started.

Any suggestions?

Know of a company looking to hire entry-level and offer training to grow?

I am great with networking and love meeting new people.

Thank you for your advice.

@Jessica Parker Thank you Jessica. I have signed up with my local REIA group. Hoping their next meeting is in person, due to covid. Great idea. Thank you again.

Currently work in Banking. Im ready to leave my Corp. job that is not giving my value for my future. Looking into Wholesaling to build capital and experience. Any suggestions for full time roles and where to look?

Thinking to seek/work, full time for Lenders in Loan dept. Figured I can gain experience in Real Estate with stead $$ while starting Wholesale on the side.

Would love to work alongside with an Investor, even for no pay, in order to get hands on experience and gain a Mentor.

Any suggestions?

Please help. Thank you.

Post: Is Social Media or Trainings Better Than an In-Person Mentor?

Hi, I need to build capital to be able to invest as often as I'd like. Been looking into Wholesaling to help scale that goal.

How do I find a mentor that I can actually work with? Is it necessary or is social media sufficient? I am currently reading The Millionaire Investor and Kris Krohn's Strait Path to Real Estate Wealth. What book do you recommend to get started?

OR should I skip wholesaling and buy a single family- multi family equity out of state to sell for a profit?

My concern is, I know Mid-West areas do not appreciate and is more for cash flow purposes. But then again, I am a beginner.

Thank you for your responses.
