Jacksonville Florida long distance first time investor

I am looking to buy my first rental property in jacksonville Florida area.. I am currently living in NJ. so this would be long distance investment. and would be my first investment property. can anyone suggests me some good zipcodes to look for..my budget is around 150K (20% down and rest is bank loan). i would prefer single family houses to avoid HOA.. but looking at zillow i am not able to find decent property.. this is my first property and i would prefer turn key read to rent out property.

Please anyone can give me some guidance or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Shital,

To make it easier, having that budget I would avoid 32206, 32209, 32254, and crime areas of 32208.

Look for properties in 32218, 32205, 32210, 32244, 32211, northwest areas of 32208. Most of the other areas are out of budget, mainly considering that you are looking for turnkey properties.

Good luck!!
