Supportive Housing Project

Hi Everyone,

I've been thinking about buying a residential property and converting it into supportive housing. I've been reading about how the government subsidizes rent for people trying to get back on their feet (drug addicts, homeless etc) and thought it could be lucrative.

If anyone has any experience or info about this please let me know. I've been trying to find more info but no luck so far.
