Decided to invest in multifamily in Maryland

Hi Everyone,

I've decided to venture into investing in a second home (multifamily )in the DMV area. I am in the process of putting my team together. Can anyone recommend a good realtor estate agent, and property management companies, and any other recommendation would be appreciated.

Multi family is going to be hard to find for a decent price in the DMV.  What is your budget?  Have you considered somewhere a little further away for instance Baltimore or Frederick if you want to go the multi family route.  They are out there just pricey.
