RE Investing: Jumping In With Two Feet

Like many people in the BP family, I aspire to invest in RE. Without any experience in this field, can anyone recommend a solid book/video that will give me some detailed information on what I should prep for? What's preventing me from investing is I don't have a solid educational foundation. However, when I do, I want to "jump two feet" into this business.

My biggest concern is financing. I do work full time, but I don't make much (paying back my student loans). Is RE investing even possible for a person who has only been out of college a few years?

Thanks,

Ryan

Welcome Ryan. There are a lot of ways to invest in real estate. You can wholesale which takes little cash, you can do flips, lease options and the list goes on. The first thing you need to do is pick something and master it. There are a lot of books out there but until you focus on something you risk getting overwhelmed. That's just my 2 cents.

Best of luck,

Mike
