Recommendations for Investor Friendly Banks, Syracuse NY

Hello Bigger Pockets Community!

Does anyone have any Residential Investment bank recommendations that operate within the Syracuse, NY area?

My ideal terms would be 20-25% down, for 25 years and under 4% interest. 

A trusted mortgage broker in the area would also be helpful!
