Hi, have you considered joining Onodaga County Real Estate Investors Club. Its a great place to meet other investors in the area. They have a meeting tomorrow night, just Google the club and the go on their events section to view tomorrows meeting!

Does anyone have any Residential Investment bank recommendations that operate within the Syracuse, NY area?

My ideal terms would be 20-25% down, for 25 years and under 4% interest. 

A trusted mortgage broker in the area would also be helpful!
