Opinions Needed - Best Way To Do First Wholesale Deal

Hello all,

I am a 19 y/o college student in Burlington and Chapel Hill, NC looking to get into real estate. I have become interested in wholesaling and have been learning about the practice for a few months. I would really appreciate any advice anyone has on actually getting started, whether that's a course, or just trying it out on my own.
