Hello BP Community! I am just starting my journey to purchase my first rental property in SE Wisconsin. I am looking for someone to connect with who can help me navigate fears of buying the first property. My goal is to earn enough money to cover my monthly expenses to start. I don't have a background in real estate but have been heavy into reading and learning more. I need help with finding a 'good deal, analyzing the deal, and basically any pitfalls I may come across.
