Realtors not following up??

Hi all, I am a new investor and to cut to the chase, why dont realtors follow up? One of my examples, I find a property on a MLS like Zillow or Realtor.com. I reach out to the agent. The house isnt what I thought it was and say if you have anything else please let me know. I have a pre approval, I have the funds. Im a serious buyer but they dont follow up. I also get other referrals and still they dont get back to me? What am I doing wrong?
