Barren Property Checklist

Just bought a barren piece of land and am looking to see if there is a comprehensive checklist to do before you can move in a rental property mobile home into it. Such as clearing out the the land (obviously), ditch installation, septic design/permits/install (which in itself involves acquiring land survey, possible site plans needed), etc. Want to make sure I am not missing anything big before I make the large purchase of a mobile home to put onto it. Thanks!
