Which do I use? My real name, or Company name?

I am new to wholesaling. I've created a website for distressed sellers to fill out their information so I can contact them. On the website, should I present myself as a company (company name, brand, logo, slogan, etc.) or as an individual (just my real name)? Has anyone noticed an advantage choosing one method over the other?
