1st out of state rental property in Dallas TX
Hi all,
Looking for my first out of state rental property in Dallas.
-Does anyone have tips besides saying find a good PM?
-Does anyone have a good agent or PM in that area to recommend ?
-How do I go about finding properties in the area without an agent? Zillow doesn’t seem to be updated half the times..
-What’s a good neighborhood to recommend?
-Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
