Hello Everyone

I been listening and learning from the podcasts and i want to buy a couple of rentals this year. I live in AZ my market is not an option for me. I been searching and looking in Alabama and Florida and would like to hear your opinions in these markets. Also Indianapolis and Omaha Nebraska.

I did sold my home in AZ and will use that tax free capital to do down payments or BRRRR

Thanks in Advance.

I live in Omaha, and I am not investing here because property taxes are very high, making long term buy and holds not an option for me.  But, I do know people do invest here and it is a growing and very safe city.

Right now, it comes down to what are your specific goals? As you know, the market is crazy right now EVERYWHERE making it difficult to find anything unless you are willing to go deep off market, pay well over asking, or relax your numbers a bit.

You will have to find the market that makes sense for your goals. Then connect with a solid team in that area.  Not sure why you don't find AZ appealing, but maybe look there first or areas close to it.
