My partner and I are in the process of wrapping up our very first deal, a fix and flip in Lancaster County, PA. We have gotten an education and a return on this investment that was well worth the struggle. While we couldn’t be more excited to take a small break, we’re also ready to begin planning for our next investments here in the Lehigh Valley...

Our goal is to acquire four rental units this year, one of them being a househack. We’re beginning this journey by forging some connections and gathering insights from investors who understand the market.
