Seeking investor, seller finance friendly realtors, south Florida.

Hello Guys, I am an investor from central Illinois area Looking to expand down to south Florida and I am looking for new and old investors to join me and help with finding seller financed deals in the south Florida area. Any information or guidance would be greatly appreciate! Thanks in advance.
