Using Breezeful - Canada
Hello,
I am new to BP. I've been listening to the podcast for a couple of years, but this is my first time on the forums. I plan to buy a multi-family in the next 12 months (house hack in one unit). I'm just starting to get into the process of finding a mortgage broker and real estate agent. I've heard really good things about using Breezeful for people buying houses. Does anyone have good or bad experiences using Breezeful as an RE investor? i.e. sometimes having to get creative with deals and ongoing purchases?
Thanks!
