What’s the best skip tracing source?
I’m a brand new investor with the strategy of wholesaling. I have been using Propstream to pull specific lists and I have used true people search to skip trace which is free and is fairly accurate at times. However, there are many prospects who I can’t find any numbers from. What is a great and accurate skip tracing software? I’m considering batch skip tracing or maybe even skip genie. Does anybody have any recommendations?
