Quality leads for wholesaling

I have been using Propstream for a very short amount of time. I feel like the data is a bit limited and possibly a bit outdated. Does anybody feel the same way? If so, then what software programs would you suggest to get a solid number of high quality leads/list? I don’t think Propstream is bad and I haven’t given up on it just want to find the best data.
