The Do Not Call list
I’ve been been taking imperfect action in the wholesaling side of real estate. They say it’s better than no action at all. My main concern when cold calling which is my current and only marketing strategy so far is to make sure I’m not calling people on the DNC list. I’ve got Propstream and am now at an obstacle I’m trying to overcome. Is there a website I can use to scrub my leads from PS and then make sure to not call those on the DNC list? Any advice is much appreciated.
