Networking in Corpus Christi, Texas

Hello everyone. I am looking to start my real estate journey this spring and I am searching for local investors in the Corpus Christi, Tx area who can share any advice on what they are doing in the area. I am trying to build my core 4 and acquire 2-3 single family or multifamily homes this year.
