@Brandon Sturgill thanks for the info Brandon. My long term goal is to make enough in real estate to retire early and travel. I’m thinking that will be through rentals since that is consistent passive income. Not sure how to get started doing that either.

I’ve been wanting to get into the real estate world for about 2 years. I’m wondering if the best way to start out. I’m interested in wholesaling, although it seems there is controversy on the legality of it in the state of Ohio.

A little about myself I’m currently a college student and am already dreading having to work the 9-5 life. Would love for someone take me under their wing!

Thoughts on best way to start out in real estate financially.

I’m a college student with a little money saved up but I know real estate could give me a huge boost. Just not sure what route to proceed in.
