Realtors and generating leads

Is it possible that contacting realtors or possibly ones who work with investors will send you a list of leads from the MLS? I know realtors are fantastic for closing deals for investors when they fix and flip but can they also be useful when it comes to generating leads? I am wanting to call realtors in a specific area but not sure what to expect. Thansj
