Hey everyone, looking for some guidance on my first out-of-state deal. Very interested in Memphis Tennessee and wondering if anybody has knowledge of the neighborhoods to check out and to stay away from. Also would love some recommendations of lenders agents and property managers. Anything will help, thank you and happy new year!
