House Hacking Beginnings

Hey there everyone,

I'm a newer property investor that's looking for that first deal. I've been reading books, listening to podcasts, attending webinars and talking with local investors and have decided to start investing by house hacking. I'm looking to just hear from anyone about their experiences, stories, examples or any advice with house hacking.

Thank you and much appreciated!

@Kevin Gasper Great choice on deciding on starting with a house hack! I just closed on my first one and I’m super excited to get started.

If you qualify, I recommend checking out the Home Possible loan. In my opinion, I think it's a way better option then FHA.
