New investor trying to get started

I am a new investor trying to find my first SFH to buy and rent out. Currently, I work in Tulsa, Oklahoma and I believe I have enough for a down payment on about a $100,000 SFH. My goal is to eventually live off my real estate investments and not have a regular day job. I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast and researching on how to begin. It is time to take the next step and buy my first investment property.

Any advice how to get started would be great! Thanks

Hi Jake! I’ve been researching into Tulsa as well. A realtor who knows how investors think is @Nate Sanow. He is quite knowledgeable and willing to talk to new people starting out. Hope this helps!
