New Investor In Baltimore County

Hi Everyone,

I'm a new investor just getting my feet wet in Baltimore County, Maryland.  I'm currently actively looking for my first property focusing on buy and hold in Baltimore County.  I've seen mixed feelings about certain areas in Maryland and I'm hoping to gain a better idea of the market through Bigger Pockets users.  I'd also love to meet and network with anyone in the area on the same journey.

Welcome Tim. I echo what the others have said. Focus on narrowing down your goals. Narrow down where you want to invest and what type of asset.
