Trying to get started house hacking a multi family in NKY area
Looking for multifamily in the NKY area that I can house hack. I have at least 3.5 percent down for up to 180k. However everyone I'm talking to in my area is telling me it's a bad time to start investing including my agent. It's kind of discouraging. And from what I can tell there isn't much in my area that fits my needs. Any advice would be appreciated. Moving really isn't an option right now.
