Basement with Half Dirt Floor
I am currently shopping for a multi family and one of my strong prospects has a basement that is only half finished... and by half finished I mean half of it is a dirt floor. Does anyone have experience with dirt basements and cost to bring it all to concrete? It is currently my only reservation on this property and wanted to see if anyone could shed some light on it how to handle that. Thanks!

Just a possible heads up.
Regarding concreting the whole floor, I've seen one of these in the east that every so many years would fill up with water almost to ground level depending on the water table.
A built in swimming pool of sorts.
Then after about a week the water would drain out, via the dirt/mud floor part.
Good Luck!
