Thank you for the insight! I just have never experienced that myself and was not sure if that was a big problem. It's currently used as a painting studio it seems. I would put in a workbench and that's about it. No real higher use.

I am currently shopping for a multi family and one of my strong prospects has a basement that is only half finished... and by half finished I mean half of it is a dirt floor. Does anyone have experience with dirt basements and cost to bring it all to concrete? It is currently my only reservation on this property and wanted to see if anyone could shed some light on it how to handle that. Thanks!

I get the sense that Felipe and Ashley clashed a bit. She would joke in the beginning of episodes about him and he didn't seem to enjoy that.
