Good Day All,

Have browsed through the forums and have seen multiple threads in terms of having standard tenant screening questions.

Was wondering if there's a particular or standard set of questions I should ask? Essentially more of an automated way to weed through and ensure screening process is efficient, as mentioned by @Zach in this thread  : https://www.biggerpockets.com/...
