It's all your fault! I'm now a Real Estate Investor

Bigger Pockets is to blame. I had been thinking of revisiting Real Estate Investing after an absence of 8 years. (Well I guess I do still collect on a MH note)
After listening to almost every podcast and devouring many forum posts, I sent my realtor/investor friend a few foreclosures I found on the mls 10 days ago. The next day we go see them and by the weekend my husband and I are signing an offer on one. They accepted it on Monday and the inspection is complete. I'm moving in a few weeks! We bought the home knowing it will make a great rental. We need to live in it a year first to satisfy our FHA loan.
Well it’s official. I’m now investing in Real Estate and it IS your fault and I thank-you. You are all a great group of people who help and support one another. Thanks for reigniting my passion for Real Estate and giving me the courage to jump in. I hope I can bring you my next deals and get your feed back and I especially hope I can be of some help to others too. Blessings…Carrie
