Should/Can you start building a team at the beginning?

What's going on BP investors I have a question that I would love insight on, should/can you start building a team at the beginning of your real estate investing journey with no money? I'm still in the education phase of my plan/journey learning everything I can in every way I can and I learned having/building a team is very important and can help you go very far but in the beginning it's hard to build a team with no money or experience. So what are some ways to achieve this when you're starting out?
