What's going on BP, hope y'all having a blessed day so far. I have some questions I would love insight on from any NYC REI that can spare some time to have a conversation about REI in the NYC market. Please PM me and we can set up a zoom meeting, looking forward to it!

What's going on BP, Would love to read the origins of how some of NYC investors got started. I'm talking specifically to the ones who really didn't have much or anything at all when they started investing in real estate in NYC.

What made you choose the RE investing path?

What were the obstacles did you overcome to be successful?

What type of changes did you make mentally and physically?

What were your goals when you started and how did they change over time as you became more successful?

What are some of the lessons you learned from the mistakes you've made?

How did you get started when you didn't have much or anything at all?

Etc. Really looking forward to reading you're guys journey!

What's going on BP, I know of some ways to research a real estate but would love more perspectives on this, so my question is what are some great ways to research a real estate market and an area within that real estate market? (Websites, talking to agents, cold calling, etc)

What's going on BP investors I have a question that I would love insight on, should/can you start building a team at the beginning of your real estate investing journey with no money? I'm still in the education phase of my plan/journey learning everything I can in every way I can and I learned having/building a team is very important and can help you go very far but in the beginning it's hard to build a team with no money or experience. So what are some ways to achieve this when you're starting out?
