Real Estate License or Not

Hello BP! I’m looking to get a general consensus. Do you think it is beneficial to obtain a real estate license if you are investing in residential real estate properties. (Mainly Multi Family Units)

Beneficial? Maybe a little. 

Worth the time and investment unless you're a real estate agent? Probably not.

I mean, what are you hoping to get by obtaining your license? If it's knowledge, I can confirm as a licensed real estate agent a lot of the stuff you learn in the pre-license course is of little or no use. Your time would be better spent reading real estate investing books, in my opinion.
