How do you all handle inspections on properties that have the possibility of foundation issues, mold, or bigger capitol expenditures? Meaning do you just spend the money on an inspection knowing that you might be out that money if you have to walk away because it’s not worth it? Or do you have a GC or inspector that you know that comes out and gives you a free or very minimal cost estimate to give you an idea of what to expect?
