Looking for Contractor in Winter Haven, FL

Hi BP Family,

I am going to view a potential investment property in Winter Haven this coming weekend and would like to be joined by a contractor that is part of the BP family. My realter will also be present. I am open to recommendations as well. This would be my first investment that I will be putting an offer in if everything works out. I have ran the numbers through the rental property calculator in BiggerPockets calculator and and investment looks good.

The purpose for this is try to come up with a more accurate rehab/refresh number to keep as an investment property. Can the number help me out in this? Please reply or contact me directly and we can talk about time, compensation, etc.
