Would be interested to know what type of partnership you were looking for. For example, some questions I have is around the structure of the deal. Who will be purchasing, financing, flip or brrr, etc. I am interested in learning more.

I agree that partnering with someone would be beneficial for both parties. Have you thought about investing out of State? I know you mentioned house hacking, so not sure if this option is feasible.
