Best Methods for House Hacking Condos
Hey everyone, I'm thinking about buying a 3 br 2 bath condo in Downtown Denver to house hack, so I would be living with 2 other tenants. I was curious to hear other investors' experiences and suggestions with this situation. How did you deal with messy tenants? Did you implement a guest policy? Did you divide the fridge into sections for each tenant?
Would love to hear what worked and what didn't.
Thanks in advance!

I just read something the other day that I thought sounded perfect for house hacking. The landlord showed them the unit, but before deciding, he asked to drive to their place right then and there to checkout their current place. I bet you'd learn a lot about how they live.
I'd suggest putting it in the lease and doing 6 month rentals. I'd put guest policy and section off fridge and pantry or put smaller units in the bedrooms. A condo will be pretty cramped, so keep that in mind. You can find some good deals on condos down there at the moment. Screen well, PULL CREDIT, and get your deposits, and go.
