Hi All,

I just moved to Philadelphia, and I can't believe they charge you to pull public records. How is that not illegal? Has anyone had issues with pulling records in Philly?

Hi @Chris Harper, do you mean paying for a Bright MLS login? If you have an account on there you can access public records for every address.
