Starting out in the Arizona market

Hello everyone,

I am a first time poster beginning my journey into real estate investing. I am located in the Phoenix area, and will be working through the SFR market. I am building out my plan and working through the stages of pulling my team together. I had previously had two rental properties, but did not have any luck with a property management company. Does anyone have any suggestions or referrals for a property management company in the east valley Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe area?

Hello Sunny and welcome to BP and to PHX! I am in the process of getting my first rental listed and have been working with Service Star Realty and they have been amazing.
