Thanks for the info, looking forward to working hard and finding some good deals. After some initial searching, it’s definitely going to take some hard work finding a deal in the current market. Any insight on areas to be looking at?

Hello everyone,

I am a first time poster beginning my journey into real estate investing. I am located in the Phoenix area, and will be working through the SFR market. I am building out my plan and working through the stages of pulling my team together. I had previously had two rental properties, but did not have any luck with a property management company. Does anyone have any suggestions or referrals for a property management company in the east valley Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe area?
