Section 8 tenant with boyfriend

I just purchased a multi family house and I decided to rent to a section 8 tenant who only have her children on the lease but everyday I see the boyfriend who was not mentioned in the interview process. Not sure what to do since she can say he don’t live there. Do I charge extra rent in case she not telling the truth? Your input will truly help.
