@Redi Yib it’s my first property. The market I can’t really say if it’s good or bad i had to sell the property I was in so I purchased due to that fact. I considered the deal to be good I will cash flow a $1000 a month after all expense

I just purchased a multi family house and I decided to rent to a section 8 tenant who only have her children on the lease but everyday I see the boyfriend who was not mentioned in the interview process. Not sure what to do since she can say he don’t live there. Do I charge extra rent in case she not telling the truth? Your input will truly help.

@Redi Yib keep in mind NYC has a 50 mile radius that you can not buy a second property within 50 miles of each other. I just purchased a multi family in Queens and my lender told me about the rule..
