@Whitney Hutten

Thank you I read “notes” I will look into that

I have a question say I’m saving up how much should I have. And how should I purchase something.

@Eli Konig

Thank you so much

Stats;

Married, socal,

Roughly make around 100k yearly

Debt;

Mortgage 1956 per month

We have around 15k saved up.

I have around 40k in credit cards that have zero balance and we both have excellent credit.

I want to buy a house fix it up and sell it to get a large chunk of cash to be able to fund other rental properties or brrrr investments

So my question is

WHERE DO I START?

in state

Out of state?

Do I buy something really small fix it up and sell it and move to larger items?

What do I do?

Thanks bigger pockets fam! I know you guys are going to come through

Jesse

Hello,

I need some real advice from someone real..

I’m not trying to be rude but try to stay away from “it’s how hard you want to work.. or you gotta hustle..”

Let’s assume I’m going to work tremendously hard

1) what brokerage should I been looking for?

2) how many deals can I realistically close within one calendar year?

3) pay expectations

Thank you everyone

Jesse

Hello BP family,

I have started school two days ago, just needed to get out of my career I am in Currently and I think RE is something I will excel at.

Need some advice real advice, I live in Southern California and I need to replace my 65,000 income.

What brokerage do you suggest and the split I should consider and why?

Number of possible transactions I will do in 12 month calendar year?

Best advice for me for me to be successful?

Thank you everyone in advance, I know each of you have started somewhere.. this is me starting!

Thank you

@Kina De Santis I have renters in two on my bedrooms currently not much just under a 1k. I have someone making me payments on a car I sold with interest, not much. We currently can save 2k a month after all expenses are plus savings.

Saving saving saving sounds like it’s the trick!

Okay! I know my questions are simple answers but it brings me to conclusion of it’s just that get the down payment and find the deal and then manage it and BOOM! You are investing and if you manage risk you will cashflow

Let’s say riverside how much would I need to have

Hey John!! I grew up in La Quinta!

we purchased a home like a month ago. I have a mortgage.

How much should I save up and what should I go for?
