Initial Investor: Turn-Key Investing Companies
Looking to purchase my first property, but I have been suggested by someone to look into turn-key companies in a location that is more affordable and in a growing area. Using a turn-key company would allow me to enter the market at a lower cost, less expensive location, and have them manage the property, at a decent rate, while still learning about property owning/loans/tenants/etc. and dip my feet into the rental property investing realm.
Our goal is to buy local properties in the next couple years, but this is an option to enter the market sooner. Looking for experience and recommendations on whether people think this is something worth pursuing or not. Thanks!

Most of my portfolio is turnkeys. Lots of people badmouth them, but I think they're great and they are all I care to buy. Bought my first one 9 years ago in 2011 and have worked with them ever since. Happy to answer any questions if you need help!
